Free delivery on all orders over €100. You can return your order for free for any reason. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange. You can order the item again (and return the other).
The items that are returned are your responsibility until they are back in our possession. The most convenient thing to do is to follow our return guide on how to protect them from damage and wear.
We refund the items at the price you bought them for - including items purchased on sale.
All goods are inspected when we get them back.
If you have lost your return form / return label, please contact customer service to get a new one.
